reply: Subject: RE: CRC Norco Prison, CRC has an established feeding program seven days a week including holidays. We have storage of food and supplies. We also have a system for safely trapping cats which are then taken to the Riverside County Animal Shelter to be sprayed, neutered, and returned to CRC. All cats are being feed and watered.
