(repost) -admin meji Kasanggayahan 2013 Photo Contest Terms: 1. The Photo Contest begins on September 11, 2013 until October 2, 2013. 2. Deadline of submission of entries is on October 2, 2013 and declaration of winners will be on October 19, 2013. 3. Upon entry, participants agree to the rules herein stated by the organizers. 4. All entries will be the property of the Provincial Government of Sorsogon which will have the right to reproduce, exhibit and publish the images for promotional purposes. 5. Top 24 photos will be exhibited at the Capitol Park. 6. Opening of the exhibit, cocktail and awarding of the winners will be on October 19, 2013 at the Capitol Park. Mechanics: 1. Photos should be taken in the Province of Sorsogon only. 2. Photos theme should depict any of the following subjects: History, Heritage, and Culture of Sorsogon; Tourist destinations; People of Sorsogon, products/produce, and festivities/festivals. 3. Photos should not have been published in any book or magazine and should not have won in any photo contest. 4. Multiple exposure, filter effects and other creative effects done within the camera at the time of exposure are allowed. Global color adjustments, cropping and High Dynamic Images (HDR) are also allowed. 5. Image manipulation (cut and paste of images, cloning etc.) and composite retouch will not be allowed. 6. Watermarks are not allowed. 7. Unlimited number of entries per participation is allowed. 8. Black and white photos are allowed. Entry Submission: 1. There will be a registration fee of Php. 200 per entry. 2. Entries must be submitted in a CD, enclosed in an envelope and should be in 16” x 32” JPEG format with at least 200 dpi resolution. 3. All entry forms are available at the Office of the Provincial Administrator and all entries must be submitted to the same office not later than October 2, 2013 at 5 p.m. 4.
