repost from another group Timeline of Events…. 1) Telex free files Chap 11 Bankruptcy (Sunday). It was apparently rejected due to lack of 13 declarations not being answered. 2) Massachusetts SEC files charge against Telex free (Tuesday) to keep the owners from being protected by Chap 11 Bankruptcy. Also, to freeze any assets that could be returned to potential investors. 3) FBI, Homeland Security, and ICE raided the offices of Telexfree in Massachusetts (Wed). Again, this just goes to show the level seriousness of this situation. 4) Better Business Bureau(BBB) has issued an alert on Telex free (Wed) 5) Global E-wallet shuts down merchant accounts of Telexfree (Thursday) 6) Telexfree has 1:30 pm court hearing that will most likely be shot down due to the Mass SEC and FBI joint task force filing against Telexfree. 7) SEC Federal shuts down Telexfree (Thursday)…….. sec.gov/News/PressRelease/Detail/PressRelease/1370541520559#.U1Ahb_l5MXE 8) FBI and Homeland Security testify that Joseph Craft was trying to remove cashier checks in the sum total of $38 million. The checks were written to James Merrill(President) and the Wannzler family…link provided….2 page…. c.o0bg/rw/Boston/2011-2020/2014/04/17/BostonGlobe/Business/Graphics/telexfreedeclaration.pdf 9) Due to the massive fraudulent nature of Telexfree and Bankruptcy judge is bound by law to dismiss the case. A company is not allowed to discharge debts or re-organize when fraud and money laundering are involved. If Telexfree did not list the 38 million found by the FBI in the original BK application, then they will be charge with BK fraud, which is another major crime for Telexfree. Telexfree has a hearing today and tomorrow and I would suspect the SEC will file a permenant injunction at this point. Conclusion……It is time we organize and get your paperwork in order. In the meantime I suggest everybody print all emails, phone records, and bank records in regards to your Telexfree purchases. Also, at this point I would hold off on getting an attorney. Most likely the SEC will appoint receivership to collect the money and distribute it. As for filing the Proof Claim form I would say get it filled out, but only send it if the Chapter 11 bankruptcy is granted
