right.... schedule hasnt changes as of this morning.. so sent an email to the dm asking why pull me in for a cart inspection from 10 am to 10 am when one the third party doesnt show up till noon and does not have me on the schedule for anything else other then that pretty much told her i was a lead till asm eliminated the title in to divisions one walmart and 2 superfirdge ie albertsons told her cant afford to be pulled in and not be paid for it other then PA time wich is the time it takes to do the CRS via the jet told her its unfair to give a fill in my hrs when ive been there almost 5 yrs in that store hope she adds something more to the schedul spoke to esther and vivian is trying to take our hrs to pay her rent well even so one day at my store wont pay her rent so i bet shes trying to make one of us leave 35 25 to get more hrs so she can stay there i will fight this esther and i have worked hard to build a decent repore with mgrs and did alot of damage controll if this keeps up ill be looking for another job it looks like im getting frustrated when joshua was my dm he made sure i had 3 days on a consistant level and made sure no one took my place at that store when i was ill a few yrs ago and when james had his stroke . ugg im frustrated
