The Sesame Street/USO Experience for Military Families Featuring Katie, a military kid on Sesame Street who is moving to a new place • September 9 at 6 pm • September 10 at 10 am, 1 pm and 6 pm Palmer Theater Bldg. 334, 31st Street and 761st Tank Battalion Avenue FREE AND OPEN TO ALL MILITARY ID CARD HOLDERS AND THEIR GUESTS Through the power of song and dance, the Sesame Street/USO Experience for Military Families tour takes time out to thank troops for their service and sacrifice, and share special moments with military Families through their 40-minute character performance. Emphasizing the importance of adjusting to change and the power of friendship, Elmo and his Sesame Street pals help Katie – a military child who is moving to a new place – learn to face her fears, embrace change and get excited about relocating with her Family. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each show. Seating is provided on a first come, first serve basis. The show is targeted towards children 1-6 years old, but older children are welcome to come join in the singing and dancing as well. There will also be free giveaway items.
