rockinwellness Lisa Leever I have been very inspired by reading everyones comments and personal experiences with Rockin Wellness. One comment in particular that really caught my attention was and Ill paraphrase here...theres no ingredients in the formula that I cant pronounce. And shes right! Everything on that ingredient list are things that i can pronounce, go look up and research their benefits. Second comment that I see a lot and that one is about how RW curbs snacking on junk or no longer wanting junk. What Id would like to share is that this did not happen right away for me, it was gradual process (about 4-6 months). What I really noticed though was that old eating habits did diminished. Id would be having pizza with my daughter and noticed I no longer had a taste for it. This is really saying something because Im typically used to enjoying this particular pizza once a week or every other week. Im being totally honest here. For me to put a piece of pizza back down on the plate because it no longer tasted good to me WAS HUGE! (There was no more ringing the king for me.) LOL. So to think that this product really could help you throughout the day with food choices is significant. You hear so much about people wanting/NEEDING will power and this product delivers it without really doing much change on your part other than enjoying it daily!
