I personally think its ridiculous that drs will prescribe a pill (not knowing your illness)and then tell you not to eat foods that have been (purportedly)known to cure the said (guessed)Illness. (probably because your doubling your dose) For my self I will always seek natural methods before ingesting something I have no idea of the contents, just because someone said it is good for me! I Always question authority and motives. Why not have a cup of green tea once a day or eat a middle eastern food once a week. Food from India is made with tumeric/curcumin which some say has cancer fighting and heart conditioning properties(purportedly )drsinatra/a-heart-healthy-diet-plan-turmeric and tastes amazing!(true) By all means am I in anyway telling you to not go to a DR If you need to go get your butt there. I believe there are some great ones. We have friends and Family that are Doctors,Nurses etc. For me I will always use them when needed, Am I an undercover Granola? probably, but more importantly I want to see healthy people at any cost.
