royal mail are bunch of retards, expecting a really really important parcel. i was in yet i got a card through the door saying i wasnt in and need to pick up my parcel at sorting office, quickly got my trainers on to run after postman but he were nowhere in sight so i wait till today basically the day after and ring sorting office, they tell me its there so i walked for an hour to get there just to get told its not there and theres no record of it even though i showed the card i got through the door. i ring up the seller and theres nothing they can do unless royal mail have a record of it, thats £30 down the drain and tomorrows performance out the window, im going to look like a right knob head when i have to let rest of the orchestra down again
