sIR, I am feeling extremely sorry to intimate you the dealings of your company VISION EXPRESS Delhi-Gurgaon.They make glasses different to the prescription made by them.On knowing their fault they tell us to contact their heads,the mkt.manager writes to us to take refund or get the spectacles replaced but the juniors still pass time.Mr.Molhotra north head writes to his juniors to settle the matter ASAP and now even after months there is no resolution of the issue. I am bringing this to your notice to throw away such staff who are to defame you and remove faith & trust of your company which can do very well with good governance. I offer you my services free of charge to bring Vision Express on the top as my services for running showrooms for the last 25 years for Titan,Philips,Canon,Nikon,Apple etc. I hope you will spare some seconds to sort my complaint and take evasive action against the erring people.
