salam everyone,...I would like to say thank you to everyone of you who have been so kind to send your kind wishes and prayers to me..I am getting fine and better each and every day...sorry dah lama tak update berita..sejak balik frm hospital..but I have been so busy exercising and trying to remember all the dos and donts after the surgery..so I wont get any dislocation....luckily this surgery di buat di USA..coz they are very good in this bidang...with all the modern medication and equipments..I never thought I could walk painless after having a major surgery!..i could still remembered last 10 years after having C-section it took me more than 2-3 weeks just to get better from the incision...dgn jalan terbongkok2 macam nenek kebayan and batuk teruk and rasa macam perut nak pecah coz too painful..ihave learned a lot during the surgery as the doctor, the anaesthetiologist and nurses have been given me full information on how the surgery would be done..and after being adviced by the anasthetiologist..I opted for spinal instead of general..coz it would benefit me more if I opted for the spinal..and yes it did..coz I didnt had any PAIN at all after 12 hours of surgery and before the pain comes, I was given a good pain medicines and this time NO Morphine is given..hahahah..as the new painmedications are soooo good..Alhamdulillah..so far..up till today..i only have very minor pain..and because of that..i managed to do all the exercises and out of the bed by second day..and dpt berjalan using my walker ..just jalan2 dlm my bedroom in the hospital..Alhamdulillah..on Monday nurse, physical therapist and occupational therapist started coming over to the house to check on my health, incision and teaching me all the new exercises..the hospital is good also, as they kept calling me and talk to me and asked about my wellbeing and they do make u feel so blessed!..Alhamdulillah syukur..this 2 weeks I will be busuy with them coz they will be coming to the house to help me sampai my time to see my orthopedic dr. on may 29the nanti to bukak the staples...according to the nurse..the incision is about 9 inches long..so not bad..yang paling best rules that I have to abide is..No shopping, no dining in the restaurants,no visiting friends outside.. or jalan2 kat mall..kena home bound ajerI also nak ucapkan jutaan terima kasih to my dearest sister/fren Delima Shariff...yg banyak membantu I and my family in the house..kesian Delima ,kena masak for me..although I memang dah siapakan a few dishes dlm freezer..but sekali sekala makan masakan org lain..walaupun simple..SEDAP sgt!...sampai menjilat jari!...my big thanks to my cik abang jugak Herb Gibson yg really my super hero..getting the house ready and everything that I needed to get well...Alhamdulillah ade cik abang yg very loving and responsible and caring..memang susah nak jaga org sakit..ni..nak jaga our anak bujang lagi...but in shaa allah semuanya akan dipermudahkan olih Allah..ok semua..I think its time for me to get my rest and exercises sebelum tidur and amik my pain medication so I can sleep well...without any pain....goodnite semua
