saw this grest recipe in my local sainsbury magazine for nectarine sorbet you need 6 nectorinesthat are really ripe good to use the ones that have ripened in your frueit bowl cut into small chunks bring a pan of water to the boil reduce to a simmer and then add the necterines after 10 mins remove from heat and add 170g of sugar allow the mixture to cool and puree in a blender until smooth stir in 1 4 of a tsp of lemon juice and freeze im trying this with all my over ripe nectorines xxxpen ps please donr blame me it this is shit i havent trid it yet hahaahah
