section 2 SUPREMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION 1)This constitution is the supreme law of the Republic and binds all persons and all state organs at both levels of government. 3)The validity or legality of this constitution is not subject to challenge by or before any court. Governors are not sacred cows to violate the constitution and usurp the role of TSC granted to it under section 237 of the constitution.On this,we see the Governors as mere common criminals and agents of impunity.
