semi good and semi bad, went to the rink this evening for cosmic skating, stood in line for bout 10 mins just to pay then we go to get skates me and my 7 year old son i got a size 8 because i was not sure, well the skates were a little to big on me so i took them back to get a smaller size well come to find out they ran out of skate completely was so upset had to tell my 7 year to take his skates off because we cant skate because they dont have no more skates and off course my son was not skating with out mom because he never skated before, so i asked for a refund which the older guy said ok sure come to the front, so i get to the front and the cashier girl refunds me $7 and i said where is the rest of my money my son cant skate by himself and she tells me will someone else can help him i said he is not going to let anyone else help him, and she starts to roll her eyes at me, then i think the owner came over and ask my son do you want to skate by you self and my son of course said no so they refunded my money. Yet they were still selling tickets when they had no skates, if you have no more skates close the doors and say we are sold out. the older guy was nice about it but the young girl cashier there was rude, rolling her eyes. this is my first time complaining about something on here
