senator Miriam Defensor Santiago.. MDS could have that grand following, hordes mostly from the youth, could make u laugh w pick up lines and A-1 jokes. but at times, w her litany, you can be annoyed. she has that wit and intelligence but not really presidentiable w her uncontrollable temper, why she is unhealthy. we need a leader so deliberate and watching words before speaking. leader, preferably a man of few words w more URGENT ACTIONS for general welfare. i read many wanted senator Miriam Santiago to be next president. she already insinuated that 2016 leader must be female. its her ambition right from the start when she ran the Presidency, side by side w former Pres. Fidel Ramos.
