sent this morning Hi David further to your email regarding contractor parking being allocated closer to the the site, it seems these people did not receive or chose to ignore the memo, all parked in the residential streets of Brock rd ,Househillmuir rd and cres. the person in the pic at the white car in the photo with the keep clear sign cannot say he does not work on the site because i stood and watched him walk from there with timber on his shoulder and go straight to the car. also a health centre member of staff in uniform parking and watching me to see if i said anything which i did , i pointed out that car parking for health centre staff was allocated in the multi storey only to be told there is no way Im walking from there,asked if she would like it where she lived apparently it doesnt bother her she is not that kind of person. so i said what if restrictions where in place and you couldnt park there and she replied well then i will use the multi storey.now i know this sounds petty but this is an example of the attitude of the people who park here on a daily basis. i am just waiting on the photos from the people who live on the other side of the barrhead rd at colinslie rd and maidland rd being sent to me of contractor vehicles and i will send them on to you also. cheers gerry
