sequel on the pseudo-tapa episode. after i have partaken of alternative lunch, i was walking towards starbucks to kill some time, my attention was called by a kid in a familiar yellow uniform. he was a reyes bbq crewmember. he was huffing and puffing. he profusely apologised and explained that he was frantically looking for me because they felt that their store let me down. he said he felt bad that i was not satisfied with the food that was served to me and they agreed among themselves that they had to replace my order. I thanked him but i told him that i already ate. he insisted that i allow them to replace my order. i observed that he was very sincere. so i relented and they gave me chicken barbeque. he also relayed to me that they will submit a feedback report to the head office about the quality (or the lack of it) of the snubbed tapa. :-)
