seriously?? I sold a used laptop on ebay about a month ago. guy bought it for half of retail even tho it was less than a year old... no problem. I get a messages from him telling me how great it is, how its exactly as described and thanking me. Leaves me positive feedback. Then 2 weeks ago I get an email from him asking me where the key is for Microsoft Office (its a $279 computer NEW)... seriously? There never WAS a key. Then a week ago (give or take) I get an email from him because it wont boot. And this is somehow my fault how? I told him I couldnt help much, but it sounded like he had a virus. Today I get an email from eBay - he has opened a dispute and wants his money back. Claims the laptop is not as described in the listing (it was listed as used). You have NO idea how badly this pisses me off. I try REALLY hard every day to run my life as honestly and straightforward as I can. I do ALL my business this way... And more and more I get screwed because of it. Between a customer calling me a liar and a thief and this bastard claiming I lied in the listing (after he told me how good it was)... then seeing the ripoff shops lie cheat and steal - and thrive ... I have to wonder if its worth the hassle.
