seriously in tears. praising The Lord that there are still good people in this world. this will be a long post, but please read how my day has gone. Kaegan and I started our day at 5:00 AM to head to Johnson City, Tennessee. we stopped for a coffee and we were on our way. we decided to stop in Savannah, Georgia for lunch where we got there safely and enjoyed it. we then left to make our way to Tennessee. we get into South Carolina and thats where it gets interesting. we were driving in Yemassee to be exact, (middle of no where) where I get a flat tire. God was good to us because we luckily had a state trooper 3 cars behind us who came up, stopped traffic on I-95 so that we could get to the safe side of the road. we then called triple A and told them our location. the state trooper pulled out the spare tire and found it flat. so we knew we would have to get it towed. but triple A said it would be within the hour. an hour passes and the tow truck guy calls and cant figure out where we are. for an hour and a half we are back and forth with this guy trying to figure out where he is. the state trooper had to get on the phone (and yell at him lol) because it was that ridiculous. the state trooper finally told the tower that he would go find him and right when he pulls out, a car accident happens right in front of us so he had to help them, he called us and apologized and told us we were on our own (understandable). so all together, 2 hours pass and I get a call from Triple A confirming my location because of the mess of not being able to find me. they proceeded to say, you are in North Carolina, right? THAT is where I almost lost it. from the beginning I specified that we were in SOUTH Carolina. they said they would change and dispatch someone else. finally get a call from a towing company in Beaufort County who is on their way to get us. took them an hour and a half to get to us because of the traffic from the accident (not their fault). he comes and gets the car on his towing truck. by then, all the tire places are closed so he takes us to their towing place to pick up his girlfriend who works at the towing place as well. God sent these people to us today. from there, they take our car to the tire place that will open in the morning. Kelly (the girl with the tow company) calls a hotel to make sure they have rooms available. we are able to get stuff out of the car for the night. they take us to walmart to get what we need, and brought us safely to the hotel and did not leave until we were in the room with the door locked. they said multiple times to us, we live down the block, call if you need ANYTHING. not only did they do all that, she is coming to get us in the morning and take us to pick up our car. God sent us these people today, they are angels. Seriously, we would not be in a hotel safe if it wasnt for them. their towing company closed at 6 and they were with us until 9:00 pm. Im so overwhelmed by their kindness. and dont ever use triple A. youll be stranded on I-95 for 3 and a half hours. but needless to say, we just got to our hotel safe after being stranded since 3:00 pm. but GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD!!!!!
