serpent Seed Genesis Part 4 This subject is widely disputed among christians. Its very clear what this is telling us. Yet many when confronted with this reality, instantly reject it. The main reason for this is undoubtedly because as soon as they hear about it they run to their preacher and ask him if its true. For that i would simply say, think for yourself! The fact is, we are given many benchmarks throughout the word of God, all of which started in the garden. I will state again that you need to think for yourself on this topic, getting your information from the word of God alone. This is in fact a big part of the key of david, that opens doors that no man can shut, and without this key, or knowledge and understanding of it, you will be severely limited on understanding the Bible in depth. Genesis 3 1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? The serpent is satan, subtil - cunning (usually in a bad sense) 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: its important to point out that many times the word fruit can mean - progeny (of the womb) or offspring, children trees are symbolic of people many times in the scripture. 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. touch 5060 naga` naw-gah a primitive root; properly, to touch, i.e. lay the hand upon (for any purpose; euphem., to lie with a woman) euphemism-a mild or indirect word or expression substituted for one considered to be too harsh or blunt when referring to something unpleasant or embarrassing. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. It is taught many times that adam and eve ate an apple, and the word apple is nowhere in this account. using common sense here, if they ate an apple then why did they cover their private parts? 8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. 9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? again, if they ate an apple then why did they cover their private parts?, and why were they afraid, because they were naked? common sense goes a long way. 12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. 13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 2 Corinthians 11 2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. 3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. beguiled wholly seduced this is a comparison between spiritual virginity, and Literal virginity, in other words, just like the serpent took Eve`s virginity Literally, through deception (cunning), Paul fears that he will also deceive us in the spiritual sense. Genesis 3 14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. bruise thy head satan cast into the lake of fire, at the very end (Revelation 20:10) bruise his heel Jesus nailed to the cross seed this word in the hebrew has only one meaning when it pertains to an individual or person. This is talking about 2 people, the serpent, and the woman (Eve) so what does this word mean? zera` zeh-rah offspring, descendants, posterity, children If one were to try and say that this simply cant be true, then the promise that God made to Abraham that he would multiply thy seed (same exact word in the Hebrew) as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore, would also have to be disregarded. In fact out of 229 times this Hebrew word is utilized within the old testament, i am yet to read a verse pertaining to an individual or person, that has any other meaning. What did Jesus say about this? Matthew 13 36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. 37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; 38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; seed - 4690. sperma sper-mah from 4687; something sown, i.e. seed (including the male sperm) children of the wicked one - the wicked one (Satan) has children, and we just read about this in Genesis 39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. John 8 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 33 They answered him, We be Abrahams seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? never in bondage to any man if they were in fact Abrahams seed, they would have been in captivity for 400 years, all of Israel went into captivity! 34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. 35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. 37 I know that ye are Abrahams seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. Dont let this throw you off, Abram was changed to Abraham (Father of many people) by adoption, In the Lord Jesus Christ. (Wosoever will) In other words he was saying, I know you are Abrahams seed, if you believe that is. 38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father. We have 2 seperate Fathers here, theres the true Father (God), and there is the fake father (Satan), upper case F, and lower case f 39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abrahams children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. again, if the would have believed, they would have been Abrahams children, grafted in. (verse 37) 41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Ye do the deeds of your father lower case f 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. 43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Ye are of your father the devil self explanatory, their father is satan, cant get clearer than this, who was the first murderer? Cain, of course. again, we already read of this in Genesis. Jesus stated this as well. are we gonna listen to what Jesus says or are we not? Lets return to Genesis, and see if we can drive this home, so to speak. Genesis 3 16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. thy conception pregnancy, there you have it, Eve became pregnant. I dont think i need to explain how this happens. 17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; For Adam to do this, it would be a perverted act, and he did participate. 18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; Thorns also and thistles Symbolic of Satan, and his children have been causing problems ever since. Genesis 4 1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. 2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And she again bare 3254 yacaph yaw-saf a primitive root; to add or augment (often adverbial, to continue to do a thing) to add, increase, do again Eve continued giving birth to Abel, meaning they were fraternal twins. Reading Adams geneology will document this fact as well, as cain will not be found within it. Why? because he wasnt Adams son. I went as deep as i could within this topic as i could without making this a very long post. I will conclude this by repeating what i stated earlier, Think for yourself, and absorb the word of God on your own! This is made so easy to understand, if you absorb it, exactly as it is written.
