several folks still asking so here is the post again about RUBY dog being found....... safe ! GREAT NEWS!!! RUBY DOG IS FOUND AND OKAY! Besides a few scratches she is fine and sure missed me ; ) .... however as life would have it a little curve was thrown into the mix.. as it appeared to my cousin it seemed that someone may have dumped her off along the road and she got tangled up in some brush.... they have heard of people taking dogs and t hen dumping them if they arent worthy of fighting.. this is a epidemic here in the country side that is going on... well Ruby wouldnt hurt a flea and is very timid and shy so apparently if that iis in fact what happened they dumped her off.... needless to say she is not and was not with other dogs so we dont really know what happened and she is banged up some so we suspect she was dumped....anyhow im so relieved that she is found and my cousin found her Sunday night so she was not outside at night for long... he didnt know she was my dog at first then called me today as they live way back in the woods like a mile and dont have internet or facebook so someone that came to the garage they run told them I was missing a dog and described it and Billy called me right away... When I went to get her ..... I could obviously see they loved her and the kids were playing with her and she adored the kids.... needless to say they told me they just lost their family dog a lab of 12 years on friday and were distraught and then the found Ruby in the pasture when looking for a cow and she was banged up so they took her in and cleaned her up and fed her and she was right at home in thier house....so now they are in love with her and she with them and she has kids to follow around and four wheelers to follow and cows to round up ..... as they have had her since sunday night and loved on her and the kids were crying as I went to get her .... she seemed to want to go with me but stay at he same time.... although it breaks my heart to not have her ... I know she is safe and those kids need her ..... more then I do .... I travel allot and RJ doesnt pay much attention to her and as well all know Aussies need attention and to be loved 24/7.... so it is with a sad but also happy heart that I decided to leave her there with them as they will love her and give her a good home .. Funny thing is the older lab they just lost had seizures as well so they are not afraid of that and had same medicine I had for her when she had them.... they have a nice warm house and big porch and over 100 acres of pasture , fields and woods for her to play in with the kids : ) ..... so things happen in mysterious ways... and it was meant to be ... God is great ... he helps us to help others and give with a open heart to those that need it to heal.... Ruby will heal these kids and love them and she is young so they have a friend (dog) to grow up with for a long time.... and Ruby girl ... has a loving home that no one travels and leaves her again..... for me right now .. it is not meant to be .. but you know ... thats okay.... things ended up being the way they should ... Thank you lord! Im totally okay and happy for Ruby and my cousins children : )
