He must possess extensive experience of upstream operations at the supervisory level. In addition to possessing ample experience pertaining to production engineering, the candidate must also be well seasoned with experience encompassing a wide array of domains, and serve as the companys focal point of production, process, reservoir and drilling operations. Willingness for immediate travel to the field/onshore facilities for the company’s drilling operations is also essentially required. Day to day communication and coordination via effective use of technology would facilitate him in the execution of his duties. He must possess the expertise to direct a diverse workforce that is gauged towards attaining corporate goals. Job responsibilities: To control, plan and execute all operations in order to guarantee continued increase of petroleum and gas production. To ensure timely completion of production targets through close coordination with the Production/Drilling and all other supporting field departments. To make effective decisions by taking budget and operational constraints into account. To manage the coordination between corporate office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out promptly and cost-effectively. To inspect and monitor execution of all field operations to facilitate the optimization of gas and petroleum production. To synchronize activities with the field management to make certain that the work is carried out on schedule. To ensure that the field operations carried out, are in compliance with the company policies and procedure. To record financial, operating and production results and maintain monthly reports in database. To recommend financial plans and budgets to senior manageme MANAGER PROCESS Experience 15 years in operation of oil & gas processing plants Minimum Education Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering Employment Type Full-time Salaried Employee Location Head Office Job Description The Manager Process will assist the GM (Process) in monitoring and operation of PEL operated natural gas processing/purification plants on a daily and long term basis. This includes reviewing quality and quantity of gas processed problems faced in plant operations, identifying the causes, anticipating and solving the problems in a timely manner. Applying his innovation to identifying areas of improvement and following up on the implementation of required improvements is necessary. Manager Process will prepare the specifications of process plants, evaluate the bids and take part in contract negotiations. Key responsibilities To review the daily & monthly gas/condensate production/sales reports and keep the GM (Process) fully informed. To co-ordinate with the plant personnel in all matters pertaining to plant operations like requirement of running spares of the various components of the gas plants/related facilities. To review & evaluate various indents of spare parts and to follow up the same with the Procurement department. To participate in the Budget preparation of Block-22. To attend TCMs of Block-22, Kandra and Ayesha fields and prepare the draft minutes of the relevant part of the TCMs pertaining to gas processing. To check vouchers of petty cash expenditures of Block-22, fuel bills & vehicle rentals making comparison of the average fuel consumption per vehicle. To assist the GM (Kandra) and SGM (Ops) in handling correspondence, communication and preparation of various letters and to provide project support. To review contractors/vendors quotations like ATA quotation. To prepare draft letters (correspondence with various vendors) regarding various gas fields development. To monitor the chemicals, consumables and utilities consumption of processing plants. To review the inventory of chemicals & consumables and spares in order to maintain the required inventory level To ensure timely availability of all material, spares essential for ATA. To ensure all records of plant and project related correspondence are kept in order. To visit the plant during the ATA, to oversee the progress & scope of work to be carried out by the contractor. Any other responsibility assigned by GM (Process) & SGM (Operations).
