*sigh* No, I will not give you a discount on the house, unless you want to pay in cash for it. No, we will not be replacing all of the siding just because there are some dents and imperfections here and there - its a USED house. No, we will not be paying for stainless steel appliances to match the refrigerator that youre bringing in. Yes, if you are unhappy with the color of the trim that you said that you liked in the first place, just because it happens to have turned out a little lighter on your house than it did on another house, and you want us to repaint it, we will ask that you purchase the paint of your choosing, that way if you dont like the outcome (again), then itll be no ones fault but your own. Once again, you are purchasing a USED house, and as amazing as my maintenance team is at refurbishing these homes, it will never be completely brand new. Either get over it or dont buy the house. *sigh*
