Slice 2 punnets of strawberries and sprinkle with sugar - freeze in a plastic bag , mix together a cup of cream and a !/4 cup of castor sugar , remove the strawberries from the freezer , allow to thaw a little , place in your blender , blitz , stream in the sugared cream mix , this will create a soft serve ice cream , freeze again to firm up - will keep for a week in the freezer .
