simple solution- give free education or anything but jobs on merit only! and reservation only on economic basis! where other poor kids stands against IAS,IPS/IFS,Ministers, MP/MLA/Judges,Class One officers, even clerk on reservation basis are living much better life than poor section within their own group and not even single one got job from their families. How abt landless farmer of reserved category competing with IAS or any other reserved category. Simply nonsense and unfair, and same with other section of society. Must define economic basis like any other country of the world. Those who are talking about Affirmative Action of America are ignorant or do not even understand how it works! LET ME CLEAR THIS- ONLY ECONOMIC BASIS FOR POOR SECTION EITHER BLACK OR WOMEN! Quality never compromised. American prepare them for such positions no matter what!
