sincerely speaking, unless some fundamental issues in this country is tackled, i dont see things getting better; i cannot just imagine the countrys biggest tax collector (Ghana Revenue Authority) have not computerized their system, they still issue manual receipts for payments made, use Casio calculators to compute how much people are supposed to pay and also they use a handbook to see the various tax rates that apply to each person who comes to pay....... it is not how wide the tax basket is but how effective the existing taxes are collected...... let us wake up as a country....#socialissues!!!
