so Amanda and I went to Dallas this evening to a show at the door in deep ellum. I pulled into a empty paid parking lot and parked across the street from the venue. immediately a shady looking character wearing a hoodie walks up and stands behind the machine that you pay for your parking spot at which I was parked next to. after a few minutes of me not getting out he proceeds to start staring at us and walking around the car an arms length distance all around. (keep in mind it is pouring rain this entire time.) he makes several attempts to engage in conversation with me and trying to get me to roll down the window and telling me there are things wrong with the car in attempt to lure me out I stay inside. he finally walks back from where he came from across the parking lot and soon returns with another equally questionable character and they proceed to walk towards the car again. (we are the only car in this area) I still remain in the car. they loiter around a few minutes then leave again. guy number one soon returns and looks us over once again. he then walks off. after a few minutes a 3rd guy comes walking from a different direction and makes a bee line across the parking lot straight to my car again and stands in front of us and creepily waves and starts trying to talk to me and get me to roll down the window or open the door again. at this point I have become pretty creeped out as I cant even step out for a moment to pay for my spot and I decided to head back home. prepaid show tickets in hand and all. I have no idea why im always a magnet for this type of situation.
