so I was thinking...what if we took a Saturday night this month and did a kind of Speak easy Saturday Night at Chop House Steak and Seafood. The kind of night where you needed a password to come thru the back door, past the kitchen into the dining room where we had a 4 piece band playing on our new stage. A dining room full of ladies and gentlemen dressed to the 9s. Served up some amazing pre dinner infused drinks, then a 3 course leisurely dinner as well as a full salad bar , choice of two fabulous desserts and then after dinner cocktails. The whole time enjoying live music. It could be up to a 4 hour dining and music evening. Would that be fun? Should we do it?
