so Ive been doing my homework Im using voice command because Im on mobile so excuse the mistakes. Ive called Guest Relations tonight watching all the information on off kilter. there is a group and Disney is that is handling the off kilter web page . all of the letters and emails are being taken care of even though we are getting canned responses.all of the letters and emails are being read by the correct people. yes we are receiving it can responses but please note that the letters and emails you are sending are being read and taken care of. stated the more emails and letters we send in the bigger impact it will make so lets keep it up. also was asked to when we write emails and letters to keep it clean theres been foul language being used. its fine to vent and tell your frustrations but the foul language ones are not being taken seriously . I know not everyone is using foul language but I guess they have gotten a few that had been with foul language and some other things. yes everybody is upset I understand but lets try to be nice to the cms forwarding our letters. They are helping us. its been confirmed that Disney has a group monitoring our page . they are taking notes on what we are saying in our actions so lets keep it positive and lets focus on saving our guys. we have a pretty awesome group and I know all of you are working hard to save the most amazing band . so yeh we are being heard and we are being taken seriously this is awesome news . way to go everyone!
