.... so after meeting my Grandson and heading home and finally sitting down to catch my breath , I remembered a conversation Monk ( my Dad ) and I had after a few Red Dogs in the nursing home just before he passed... our conversation was about being wealthy ( he was always worried because I worked a ton of hours ) and what true wealth was... He told me that no matter how much money he had or didnt have he considered himself wealthy beyond measure because of the love he shared with my Mom and as goofed up as his 4 boys are that his life was really Rich and Good.... I absolutely knew what he was saying and told him I understood.... and after we shared our Love ya See Yas , we never touched on the subject again in the short time he was still with us..... today as I held my 3rd grandchild saw the joy in my wifes eyes and the pride in my sons .... my 3 grand kids , my daughter in law our new extended family ( the Premos ) all in one little room.... I can say to you Pop , I really do understand and Im a wealthy man too .... Thanks God.......
