so after waiting and calling and emailing the I hostel I was supposed to stay in, I finally called my parents sobbing and they told me to get a hotel room.. I went to 4 different hotels and they were all full, but I finally found one with an open room. What an emotional day. I cannot begin to describe how lucky I am. So ready to be home! I miss Kentucky! Just wanted to add the distinct difference in warmth and acceptance that I received when I was in Jenin. Its difficult to describe in words. Palestine is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited with the most beautiful people I have ever met. I will always cherish this experience, even though I cant really begin to put into words what it has meant to me.
