..so at least once a year I require myself to successfully execute some form of inverted-ness to prove I can still do it. It was getting a little long in since the last time, so today, I woke up and said today is the day. 3rd time a charm is well named since #1 was an over-rotation (quite a bit more elevation than below), #2 was good, bu a bit too little umphf...so we have 3rd time, here, showing that even with minimal elevation, the old man can still pull it off without proper prior preparation :)
