so heather and i have decided to stop smoking (ciggs) she dosnt smoke anything else so skip that nonsense already~(you know who you are and your not even supposed to be seeing this page anyway your blocked just stalking through someone else page) Any way we are trying to figure out a way to help stop smoking , anyone that has quiet knows how hard it can be! so we are open to suggestions. but the only draw back to this is we cant use hard candy or anything with sugar! she has bad teeth and im a diabetic!so if anyone has any suggestions were open to almost anything~! im hiding in the basement when she isnt working to avoid petty arguments due to frayed nerves of quieting~ people get irritible with each other! the kids are fine. we tend to spend a lot of time doing stuff with them to keep us busy, and keep our mind occupied. the hard part is keeping out hands busy~ this is second time we have tried int he last 4 months! but we are determine to stop smoking!~ chantex was ok but it didnt do the trick~! i smoke more out of bordom than anything anymore! so you would think it should be a simple thing to just stop~! not to mention the money we will save a month let alone a year!~
