so heres your chuckle for the night....we have one of those larger toaster oven, so i decided to bake the chicken in that. after being in there for 2 hours I took it out to baste it again and realized the liquid inside the cavity was still quite red. Thought it was odd, but decided it just needed to be in for longer than I originally planned. upon putting back in, i noticed that i never turned the knob to bake/roast...so...therefor, I have been toasting, yes toasting a chicken for 2 hrs.....LMAO
