so i have a conundrum. Any Attorneys out there please chime in. In our custody case we have seen DCYF withdraw. last hearing our Attorney really laid it down on the judge. as did I. judge said he wanted to speak to our Daughter first and would make a "quick Decision" Hearing was on March 21st and he spoke to our Daughter April 18th. of course she said she wanted to come home. now since day one the guardians who have our child have been trying to split us up. they threatened and coerced my partner to agree to move however Dcyf also did this saying that she would never get her daughter back unless she agrees ( this was before they withdrew) to me this is a State actor threatening and coercing someone which is against the law. I was there and have first hand knowledge of this. as does our Attorney. so Now after our last hearing of March 21st all of a sudden a "home health aid is recommended to help out my Partner. at least this is what they initially told her she was and thus she told me. well the only help it seems that this woman is providing is getting my partner to fill out applications for programs for housing and such. I questioned her vigorously on her visit day on Tue. and she admitted she id from DHHS. DCYF is a part of this organization. So now we have a Judge NOT making a "quick Decision" Basically Stalling and suddenly a DHHS worker Entering and communicating in our home under false pretense whose stated goal is to get my partner "moved out" so that supposedly they will return our Child to her. I say Collusion, and various other unlawful and unconstitutional crimes here. So all Please Chime in and feel free to forward to any Relevant Authority that may be able to help. Thanks.
