so i have osteoarthritis in both of my knees and i am searching for a none pill (pain killer) way to relive the pain everyday i am in pain some days i go to get up and my knees feel as if they want to give because of the damn cortisone shots i get every 4 to 6 months in them any advice on a natural way i would be grateful for and please not rude comments thank you i do work out treadmill walks and etc i do eat healthy fruits veggie drinks etc just wondering if anyone had some advice thanks again
