so i have to get this off my chest b/c #1 its funny that someone was so up set that i dont book a hip hop show, that she blocked me before doing so she quoted its your job as an agent to book acts and I should book it.... its your job! in addition calling me an agent and not a promoter should just be funny on its own. 2nd everyone knows I book METAL acts.. time to time ill do punk, hard rock and maybe hardcore and a few other random styles of rock, but very little out of metal, 3rd its not my job i dont get payed its more of a very expensive hobby with some cool kickbacks like meeting cool people, bands and getting to know more like minded metal heads, last thing i wanna do is book something i dont like and chances of loosing x amount of money on a show i didnt want in the first is not something i wanna risk... in addition to this i know what to set the prices and guarantees with metal acts i know the crowd and the numbers i should get if i took on hip hop or rap the demographic is so different i know id book it at the wrong price
