so i just bought a aquaclear 110 from petsmart and when i got home and unboxed it nothing is in its right place, everything is wet, and theres smudges and stains all over the plastic the box that the filter inserts are in is almost soaked through from the wet bio inserts, all the zip ties are untied and theres a small bit of water in the bottom of the filter itself...it looks like some one brought it back and they just put it back in the box and resold it as new...im not saying thats whats going on here but something is not right here could the water be from anything else? should i just hook it up anyway? or should i bring it back? i dont want to hook it up and then not be able to bring it back
