so if i understand what ive been hearing correctly... energy providers are making lame excuses for exponential rise in bills to justify earning vast amounts of profit and refusing to invest ANY profit in producing more efficient energy becase is not profitable enough for THEM to do so... power stations will be closing down due to not meeting pollution emmision standards which means there will be a strain on the system causing expected but not expected power cuts over the next few years... in the meantime we are paying through the teeth for energy supplier profits and will have to pay even more in the next few years to invest in more efficient energy due to the profits now being received not being invested where it should be... and people woder why im against capitalism?
