so like I dont already feel so awesome about myself and just have things going so great (NOT) .. now my employers idea of what we should look like is freaking so beyond ridiculous... I am 152 lb and 5 7 1/2 ..by their insurance standards my bmi waist to height ratio says I am extremely overweight/obese ..the range is 54-58 ..over 58 is highly obese and they put me as a 57 ... wow I know I need to lose about 10 pounds but yea thanks for that ego boost ... Oh and this is a real kicker.last year when I did this, I weighed MORE than this year but yet she some how measured my waist 6 inches BIGGER!! WTF? She must have measured my boobs this year I dunno!! and my bmi was 25 which was overweight but the figures were 25-29.9 so that was the low end ..my waist to height ratio was considered healthy at 47 .. I think they were smoking crack
