so like any good marathoner about to start a 28 night/day shift I have just consumed my weight in samboy chips and cadbury chocolate chasers it was of course not to console my sorry sole but purely for the carbs for the endurance factor of course ;) for the up coming days filled with what ever obstacles Murphys Law feels fit to throw at me.. the chocolate it was in the fridge.. its all about mental preparation ;) love Deb
