so mv sound was a fundraiser for a nonprofit that is not registered? sounds a bit backwards ... Why not just do it for profit, then make a donation to a charity as a tax write off or take profit money and do what you want to do in the community, I really hope mv sound wasnt made to mislead our artists and public , I guess well see..... I applaud anyone bringing together artists but when you do it under the guise of charity and non profit, be prepared to be held accountable by the public and under the states applicable laws/tax regulations regarding nonprofit status
