so some of you know Ive been on a serious mission to change my body for the better! Its taking a long time but progress is slowly being made, I have more or less got the exercise part down to a routine habit, but my biggest challenge I am finding is reprogramming my bodys internal clock when it comes to food and nutrition, I have been given a guideline on what I should be eating and when, basically a protein filled paleo based diet, but am having real trouble with the times and how often I eat! I need to eat a lot more often rather than once or twice a day! Does anybody else have this issue? Or has any of you been through similar & have any advise? :) x
