so something very interesting recently happened to me....i feel aweful and sick with headaches and tired and all this terrible symptoms but nothing seems to help make it better, pain meds wont help my headache and so on....i just recently started drinking kombucha tea, which is a process of fermenting kombucha mushrooms which makes a tea thats full of probiotics and vitamins and its supposed to be excellent for you (mares general description that probably isnt completely accurate)....but i just found out that because of everything in it, it detoxifise the body and liver and the more toxins you have the harder your body will take it to get them all flushed out....this is commonly known as "the healing crisis"...almost all of my symptoms are that of a healing crisis and within the past week ive started drinking the tea regularly....anyone else ever hear of this happening?
