so spent several hours across several days..of what little time off I have trying to get the dogs liscenses... lord preserve us:( not only do I pay more for the dogs who are intact than the altered ones, but get sent all over hells creation from office to office..... seriously how hard is it to issue dog tags????? finally todau with much preserverance mission accomplished thanks to a couple of lovely gals and the city administrator:) looking forward to doing this all again in a year....NOT!!
