so the other day i came off through a sweeper and launched into a ditch and unluckily hit a rock head on at about 50-60, unfortunately it has chipped a bit of a hole in the paint on the top of my vector and has created a 3cm crack in the carbon fibre where it came into contact with the rock. Im feeling lucky to be alive thanks to my helmet which is mad props to Zero Gravity My main question is if the helmet is structurally degraded with the removal of the outer paint layer? all of the eps foam is in tact and i can easily repair the 3cm crack with epoxy, which hasnt structurally degraded the helmet at all (Ive tested it) But i want to repair it so it lock clean for racing inspection but i dont want to ruin the helmet which could be a problem haha What are yo peoples thoughts? i need assistance ay
