so, there are twins living above me - maybe 9 years old....i swear they are horses, i hear them running, screaming and jumping. I go upstairs and ask for them to stop jumping and running as not only my fan moves but my head is starting to hammer...I just went upstairs and the (presumably) sister opens the door and asks me for the time...I said 9.30....she says....ok 10...i said, why not now? She: they are not jumping, see no one here...(as shes blocking the door) me: i understand, theyre children, but we all live in one house, and i am not asking for too much if I ask my personal quiet and peace. She: you are not old, you dont need peace. All of that in broken English - as the Family is from Kazakhstan and the parents dont speak English, only the kids do - but apparently I show up every day and complain - which is funny - coz I am not there during the day - coz I am usually in the gym until after 8pm.... What to do?
