so they stole money from my bank account again - and actually went into minus on my account.... The card was previously blocked by the bank since somebody already stole money from it in March.... Had to call Metro bank for an hour and was told that it was me who took the money and that I probably dont remember.... Had to call again and speak to another person for them to investigate it and they confirmed that somebody stole more money from the same account going into minus.... Now theyll start a fraud investigation - I have to sign and send letters to England etc etc... Cover your hand when inserting your PIN to save a lot of hustle later...
