so to day i am going to share with you my special easter cake recipe ....for the pastry you need (500gr plain flour ....1 tbs b/p....250gr sugar ....200gr margerine ....2eggs ....and little water if needed ).......for the filling....:(500gr ground almonds ....250gr sugar ....1tsp almond essence .....and water ..)..........make the pastry with the engridients .let it stand for half an hour .....for the filling ......put sugar in a soucepan cover it with water no too much just cover it only let it boil add essence and almond keep on mixing untill all the almonds is mixed remove from fire let it get cold .......cut 2 shapes with the cookie cutter the same but filling on one cover with the other bake 200 f until golden brown enjoy the goodnes now ...and i want to thank all of you that suported me to keep on posting thank you xxx
