so we know that texting is dangerous. now look at the officer in the police car who is chasing someone down the road, he is looking on his laptop or tablet, perhaps he is following the directions of his gps. the ambulance driver is looking at his gps to find the directions to a certain location, perhaps he too has a tablet or qualcomm in his dashboard? bus operators and transit drivers have tablets or mdc s in their vehicle, why isnt this illegal? is a policeman, ambulance driver, or bus driver going to pull over to look and see where they are going? truckdrivers also have these things, big piece of machinery rolling down the road, looks at his qualcomm briefly before returning his sight to the road, is he exempt? you know very well that if everyone of these drivers pulled over to look at the text on their equipment, they wouldnt get anything done. but they are exempt right?
