so yeah, according to my team, and i agree, i do way too much and dont give enough focus to any one project to be an effective leader. on top of that, im not bossy enough to get things done and i lack the interest to keep people in line to accomplish our goals. yes this is a major problem and i understand how this is damaging our organization. our talents alone is not enough to make it in this business. i need to step up and be the boss im meant to be otherwise we will never move forward. so from this day forward, i pledge to you all that i will leave all bullshit aside so we can dominate the way we are suppose to. if you are ready to do what it take to get where you want to be, i can tell you how. if you aint ready, then we dont need you. bottom line.
